Lethbridge Pride Parade

On June 25, 2016 officers, as well as civilians, of the Blood Tribe Police Service participated in the Lethbridge LGBTQ Pride Parade. The Sheriffs also walked alongside the Blood Tribe Police Service to show their support in the community. Cst. CHIASSON stated that the Blood Tribe faces the same barriers and turmoil common in other areas, and attending these events will help the service understand these barriers and will be able to assist in a more effective way for the Blood Tribe community.
