The Blood Tribe Police Service is accepting applications for Full Time Front Desk Reception.

Front Desk Reception is responsible for the following, but not limited to: Fielding walk in and telephone inquiries, ensuring clients and partners are assisted appropriately. Clerical and administrative duties such as data entry and audits. Intake and processing of Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Checks. FOIP management and general organization of the front reception area. Any other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Class 5 Drivers Licence
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Standard First Aid/CPR Level C
  • Ability to undergo a police enhanced security clearance process
  • Ability to work independently and well with others
  • Ability to work under pressure while efficiently multi-tasking
  • knowledge of Blackfoot customs and traditions is required and language is an asset!
